Order
After you paid your artwork, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. In case you don’t see the email, make sure to check your spam folder. The email is a confirmation of the payment of your order and can serve as an invoice. Within 3 working days after your order, the artwork will be shipped through our trusted partners depending of your country of delivery. They handle the shipping and delivery process. All artwork is traceable and securely send.

Shipping
Your artwork will be send through our trusted partner depending of your country of delivery. You will receive an email with a unique number that allows you to trace your artwork during the shipping process. You will be able to know at any time where you artwork is and when it will be delivered.
All items are insured against accidental damage and theft whilst in transit. Once your artwork has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If the box with the artwork is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address when you place your order.

All prices of the online art gallery exclude shipping costs. In the second step of the purchase process, shipping costs and taxes are automatically calculated based on your shipping address. It’s possible to add a shipping address which is different from your invoice address.

For shipping to Spain and EU destinations: 
(excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla); by default VAT is 21%.

For all other countries: VAT doesn’t apply and will be automatically deducted during checkout. So, if your shipping address is located outside of Europe, there is no VAT added.

Depending on the country you are shipping to, extra import duties, customs and local sales taxes may be applied at arrival in country destination. These supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
We’re happy to offer a refund or an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory. We need a written notification by email or post stating the nature of the problem and this within 14 days of the date of receipt. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. As from the 15th day upon the reception of the artwork, no refunds are possible.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, VAT will be refunded if applicable. Import duties, customs and local sales taxes are non-refundable.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your  credit card account.

Secure payment
Your personal online security is really important to us. To secure safe payment we use the highest level security and payment protection. The website is encrypted which means all transactions and sensitive information pass through an encrypted line.
The prefix ‘https’  means  our website uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) – in other words encrypted communication. Now, if anyone manages to intercept the message, all they will see is gibberish.

PayPal is an online payment service that allows to send money online with an email address. Once you sign up for an account, you can use PayPal to send money from a credit card or your bank account. All your financial information is securely stored and encrypted on the Paypal servers.

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell it. To purchase an artwork at our online gallery shop, we will need to know your name, email address, billing address, shipping address and telephone number.
