Ninon Réo is a French artist who has lived in Spain for a decade. She is most intrigued by the essence of being human: our emotions, our feelings, and our connections with ourselves and others.
She paints her constantly evolving alphabet of symbols, an “alternative language” through which she seeks to communicate, convey emotions, and provoke reactions. These elements are integrated into her compositions, allowing her to channel and express different energies through her art.
One of her main practices is paste-up: she draws with markers on paper and creates unique compositions that she integrates into the urban landscape.
